How do I pick up my bikes?
Book online (or just walk in), then come to the front desk at your chosen location. Our staff will help facilitate the checkout of your bikes, get your sizing dialed, and send you on your way.
What should I bring?
A photo ID and the card you booked with. For online rentals we also keep a photo of your driver's license on file. Helmets and locks are included free with every rental.
Do I need a reservation?
Reserving online guarantees your bikes and speeds up pickup, but we also take walk-ins on a first come, first served basis when bikes are available.
What is included?
Every rental comes with a helmet and a lock at no extra charge. Just ask the desk if you need anything else for your ride.
